This highly interactive position provides a unique opportunity to serve pet parents with care and focus.
You will help design perfect pet vacations for our four-legged guests.
Whether in person or by phone, you will pair services specific to the individual pet's needs resulting in happy pets and happy people.
Perhaps most importantly, you'll nurture and deepen relationships with hundreds of current clients, encouraging them to return and advocate on our behalf.
Responsibilities Greet clients with genuine enthusiasm in person and by phone Maintain relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service Give engaging facility tours Attentively tend to client needs Take detailed reservations on the phone and in person Perform thorough guest check-ins and check-outs Knowledgeably present products and services to clients and potential clients Ensure happy and safe pet vacations by accurately entering client data Safely handle dogs and cats as needed Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesOur ideal candidate thrives when working with people in a fast paced, detail oriented, and caring operation.
This position requires energetic phone skills, proficient computer skills, sales experience, and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
