Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment, machinery, and systems - Respond to maintenance requests from campground guests as assigned by the office - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems to determine the root cause of problems - Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems to restore functionality - Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are in optimal working condition - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Provide excellent customer service to campground guests Skills:
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Experience supervising a team of maintenance technicians is preferred, but not required - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
