Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs collect data and write daily notes using technological software (Rethink).
Work with Lead Therapists, Team Coordinators, and BCBAs on your team to ensure treatment integrity and provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment progress.
Participate in team meetings and training workshops Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.
Other job duties as assigned by the Children's Milestone.
