Purpose of this position:
Conduct energy audits, meet with clients, data collection input and develop work scopes for residential home improvement programs.
Essential Functions:
Ability to interact with clients in a professional and customer oriented manner.
Possess an intermediate to advanced knowledge of math as it applies to the weatherization.
Possess a working knowledge of energy and weatherization audit practices.
Possess a working knowledge of inspection and measurement, diagnostic testing, combustion appliance safety, and insulation.
In order to successfully conduct audits, demonstrate the ability to execute a variety of inspection and measurement tasks, diagnostic techniques including blower door, zone pressure, and duct testing, and combustion appliance safety tasks.
Ability to use DOE-approved energy audit software.
Ability to select measures that effectively address the customer concerns.
Ability to develop the scope of work.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form Familiar with basic office 365 systems Job Requirements Must possess a valid drivers license BPI Certifications a plus-BUT WE WILL TRAIN Ability to carry 40lbs Ability to climb ladders and enter crawl spaces Job Type:
